Smiles from Neighbors =-)

One of our neighbors is regularly sitting on his front steps as I come or go from the parking lot (we live in a townhouse, so we all pass each other), and he ALWAYS smiles at me – and waves! – as I pass by.  This morning I had to run to the store, and there he was on his front steps, in his flannel pants, smiling away… and it really does make ME smile to see him when he’s there.  It’s honestly kind of sad when he’s not there… and today, I am grateful for him and his consistent kindness.  His smiles and waves are definitely a blessing to me!  =-)
